Stop Shouting

Reduce conflict and make the most of your time with your child.

Does this sound familiar?

When you are stressed, tired or maybe overworked yourself, and the child/ children are really misbehaving or pushing your buttons so many parents can’t help but shout. You want to stop shouting at them, but it is hard.

I’m asking myself: Why do I keep shouting when I promised myself I’d stop? How do they keep pushing my buttons? Is there really a way to deal with this behaviour without shouting? And so many other questions like these that the challenges of parenting make us ask ourselves.

The Steady Steps Method

This focusses on what you can control: which are the skills and tools that help parents stay calm, being in charge, and what to do when your child pushes your buttons. As well as skills tho help your child behave, including the “only ask once” method.

I’ll listen to what your biggest concerns are, and design the programme to suit your needs.

Imagine this: Feeling grounded and calm even when your child tries to push your buttons. Stopping small issues from spiralling into big battles. Creating calmer routines that save time and stress.
